Accessibility
Statement
Drtywrk™ is committed to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level.
Our Commitment
Drtywrk™ believes that everyone — regardless of ability — should be able to access, understand, and use our service. We view accessibility not as a checkbox but as an ongoing part of how we build our product. As a company co-founded by a U.S. military veteran, we take seriously the responsibility to serve all members of the workforce, including veterans with service-related disabilities.
Measures We've Taken
We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility on our website and platform:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy to support screen reader navigation
- Sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the interface (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
- All interactive elements are keyboard accessible and have visible focus indicators
- Skip-to-main-content link provided on each page for keyboard and screen reader users
- Images and icons include descriptive alternative text where meaningful
- Form fields include visible labels and descriptive error messages
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- No content flashes more than three times per second to reduce seizure risk
- Responsive layout that works across a range of screen sizes and orientations
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge that as an actively developing platform, some areas may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We conduct ongoing reviews to identify and prioritize accessibility improvements, and we are committed to making continuous progress. This statement will be updated as our efforts advance.
If you encounter a specific barrier while using our website or platform, please contact us at accessibility@drtywrk.com and we will work to address it promptly and provide an accessible alternative where needed.
Standards and Guidelines
We aim to conform to the following standards:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — U.S. federal standards for electronic and information technology accessibility
- ADA Title III — Americans with Disabilities Act requirements applicable to places of public accommodation, which courts have increasingly applied to websites and digital services
Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our website and platform are designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers — NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom and text scaling
- High contrast display modes
- Voice control software
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of Drtywrk™. If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of our website or platform, please contact us so we can work to address it promptly.
- Email: accessibility@drtywrk.com
- General inquiries: help@drtywrk.com
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days where practicable, and to resolve reported issues as quickly as reasonably possible. If we cannot resolve an issue, we will work with you to provide information, content, or a transaction in an alternative format that is accessible to you.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Rights Division or file a complaint with the U.S. Access Board. We take all accessibility concerns seriously and will cooperate fully with any inquiry.
Third-Party Content
Some content or functionality on our platform may be provided by third-party vendors. While we work with vendors who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee that all third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We will flag known issues and work with vendors to address them.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is not a one-time project — it is part of our ongoing development process. We conduct periodic accessibility reviews, include accessibility requirements in our development standards, and intend to commission a formal third-party accessibility audit as the platform matures. This statement will be updated to reflect our progress.
